Privacy notice

This notice explains how OriginLine handles information submitted through the early access list while the product is in development.

Information we collect

When you join the list, we collect your email address, signup time, consent version, and limited campaign or referring-site information when it is available. For abuse prevention, your network address is converted to a keyed hash stored separately from your signup. Entries older than one day are purged during signup processing. We do not collect browser user-agent strings.

How we use it

We use your email to send product updates, research invitations, and early access information. Campaign and referring-site fields help us understand which outreach is useful. The short-lived network hash is used only to limit automated submissions.

How we share it

We do not sell signup information. It may be processed by service providers needed to host the site, store signups, or deliver email. Those providers should receive only the information required to perform those services.

Retention and your choices

We keep signup information while the early access program is active or until you ask us to remove it. You can unsubscribe or request deletion by using the link in an OriginLine email or replying to that email.

The future OriginLine product

This notice covers the early access website only. Before the app collects timeline entries, documents, or other personal records, OriginLine will publish a separate product privacy notice describing its security, retention, deletion, and AI data practices.
